Odisea SU is a dark bay 2011 mare bred by Yeguada Susaeta in Madrid Spain. She is sired by Cubanon, a recommended reproducer for dressage and the number one stallion on ANCCE's 2018 list of top horses for dressage (Determined by using the Global Genetic Index for Dressage and Functional Conformation). Cubanon's sire, Odisea SU's grandsire, is Ermitaño III, the Elite stallion bred by Maria Fernanda Escalera de la Escalera. Her dam, Editora XIV, also produced Poeta De Susaeta, the number five stallion of the top 100, as well as the upcoming Siete De Susaeta.

Odisea SU stands 16.2hh. Odisea has been bred to Doblon TR (number 25 on the list of top 100 stallions), whom I fell in love with in Spain many years ago. Our thanks to Maria J. Ruiz of Yeguada Susaeta for the photos and all her assistance to bring these wonderful bloodlines to Dorado Andaluz. We expect Odisea SU will produce a few exceptional foals for us.
